We like the elliptical, but the resistance seems to be set too high. The resistance levels do adjust. We are both fit but can’t use it beyond basic levels. I’m used to biking and normally set my exercise bike at the highest resistance when I use it. Here I have a hard time going beyond level 5 out of 22 with any speed beyond a slow walk.
