Toa is fun. Another point of advice is if you're struggling with one room you can basically just grab gear for that room, sharks, put on just those invocations, and practice the mechanics. It's super fuckin helpful for upset stomach solves, 34 second croc puzzle, het puzzles, kephry trap mechanics, kephry puzzles, and akkha invocations.

Imo the free ones that don't make runs longer are all the Ba-Ba ones, Blowing Mud + Lively Larvae on Kephri, all except Upset Stomach on Zebak, Feeling Special on Akkha (actually makes the fight faster), and all except Insanity on Warden. Deadly Prayers, On a Diet and Softcore Run are also free. All those take you to 210.
