So I went to carno island today with a few tribemates. We brought the megatherium, killed the scorpions on the island, then went inside the cave. It was easy enough to get the megatherium up and down the cave, but you have to be extremely careful. So if I start a run at 19:00, and finish it at 19:10, my next "full XP" run will be at 20:00. I haven't done testing to see the exact cutoff amount. It's definitely possible that the cave is fully respawned after 40 or 50 minutes.
