So just to start off I'm new to modding and pc in general. I had to do a clean reinstall of fallout 4 due to a CTD issue within the .ini. Anyway I didn't want to manually install f4se again so i just used vortex, however when I bring the f4se launcher onto my desktop it says fallout.exe not found.
