Car had probably 37K-40K when the stabilitrak warning started. The shift to park started around 50K. Exactly the same two issues with my 2019 Traverse, and both started around the same mileage your did. Just took for stabilitrak ervice and they replaced one wheel hub and bearing assembly ($650).

My wife has a 2009 AWD Traverse, and when we first got it the power steering whined slightly, and I had it back to the dealership to be checked to be bled (air), as our 2010 had a severa air+ps problem. Well, I rarely drive it, but we took it to Florida last week on vacation and it drove me NUTS.What I have found works to get around it are 2 things -- 1) Keep your foot on the brake until after you shut the engine off. Also, pressing the brake while you jiggle the shifter can help too. Or 2) exercise the shifter from park to low and back 3 or 4 times.
