Different classes are the "strongest" at different points in progression but by the end all are equally as viable IMO. scarlet devil go brr. Summoner is behind, and then melee, and then ranger.For Summoner Prefixes it may work differently, but Ruthless and Mythical are equal. Ruthless gives the most stat buffs. Whilst Mythical affects multiple stats. Though crits are useless. For summoner ruthless is the best since it provides the most damage and that’s really the only important stat for summoner reforges.

After beating the DoG I have decided to put it on the lowest tier. What Boss? The ramming phase is free, and the other phases I just used the momentum capacitor to run away untill it switches to ramming phase again. Its simply too easy to cheese.

Because these vanilla bosses aren't hard you can skip a few Calamity bosses. Then you can come back to them with much stronger Pre/Post-Lunatic Cultist items. If you want to be tanky go Melee. If you want high DPS but with resource management, go Magic. If you just want straight damage, go Ranger.
