Litter robot getting stuck mid cycle.

My cat has an obsession with stopping the litter robot mid cycle spin and whatever litter is stuck on the globe he'll knock it out and the chunks of used clumped litter fall out (the gate doesn't help). He will also go there and start scratching through litter for no reason. He will then rinse and repeat as the litter robot tries to complete ... The “full” message doesn’t mean full. That alert is for the pinch sensor. Unplug it, Take the globe off and the bucket out. on the left side of the opening on the base that leads to the waste bucket there is a piece of plastic that moves a bit. That's probably stuck. It's what keeps cats from getting their paw stuck during a rotation.

It’s also extremely sensitive to the amount of litter in there. You can not over fill or else it will get stuck mid cycle because it thinks a cat is interrupting the cycle so it pauses.
