Many of the dead (dead exiles) that would normally drop a scout report will instead drop a fragment. If you have seen the large stone tombs climb up them and they have the mini crates that drop a fragment. So anyway just run around in the grey man areas and soon you will be loaded up with fragments.I think my first 10 were also mostly garbage.. then I got the Tablet of Power, Bindings of the dead, poison weapons within 5-6 tries. Put I farmed unnamed city for quite some time. Got 20 new recipes that day and still had 30 Fragment of Power in my inventory..

In exile lands my 1st goal was always the tablet of power. Sometimes I was getting it as the last recipe and used over 100 Fop. Through calculations back then the recipes was 28 total. So I was throwing 70 and more Fop to gain the tablet. The other scrolls just made happy others . The Kiln is huge if you can get the recipe. It's a furnace with faster crafting time. Venom infused daggers are good for bosses. Venom infused pike is good for cleaning up knocked out thralls. Ethereal chains will let you drag a knocked out thrall clear across the map multiple times. Then there's the oils.
