So far I have found two breaking moments where the Targeting Visor turns neutrals hostile. Confrontation with Jake/Slag in Saugus Ironworks. Cabot house, sinjin in silver shroud quest. Virgil is another example of a friendly NPC who may turn hostile due to the mod. Being under the effect Berry Mentats can produce the same issue.I got Home Sweet home, took an outpost, shot up Abernathy for supplies, defended it, and took 2 other settlements. I've set up the booze still and Pick-Me-Up in Murkwater Construction Site, Starlight Drive-in, and Sunshine Tidings Co-op, and supplied all 3 with food and water.
