I need to see my target's target cast bar, and there doesn't seem to be an option to see that. The reason is I am a healer with interrupts and like casting off my healing target with macros so I don't lose time target swapping. You can add and remove targets of your target, focus or pet, their cast bars, name, HP, level, raid icons, etc.I believe that the addon CustomTweaks for ElvUI allows you to adjust the opacity of the player cast bar background.
